Inter American would like to share our latest project: the movements of Alfalfa Drying and Compacting machinery. Main cargo unit has the following sizes 26.45 meters length 4.38 meters width – 69.80 tones weight. The rest of the connecting parts were brought in 27 Open Top containers – Origins Europe/Asia – with more complementary parts coming from Europe as well.
The logistics scope of the project involved all stages, from pick up at shipper’s site, ocean freight, custom clearance, through the final placement in Santiago del Estero –Argentinean North district.
Due thedimensions it was necessary to use special equipment, trucks and cranes, capable of withstanding heavyweight and qualified staff as well.
This project is one of many others of this kind in whichInter American Cargo Group is taking part, in accordance with the huge investment in many production areas that Argentinean Government and Private Corporations are conducting in the country.
